National Influenza & Pneumococcal Immunisation Program 2010
On 10th February, 2010, NSW Health released its 2010 order form for Seasonal Influenza Vaccine with an accompanying cover letter (see link below). Please note that there is no longer a separate order form for seasonal flu; it's been incorporated into the existing vaccine order form.
